摘  要:目的:探讨中药复方百合地黄汤活性部位抗抑郁作用的机制。方法:以孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法建立大鼠抑郁症模型,用旷场行为测定进行行为学评分,并用高效液相-荧光法检测其脑内单胺类神经递质的含量,观察模型大鼠给药前后的变化。结果:抑郁症模型大鼠体质量增加缓慢,水平和垂直活动明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);大脑皮层、下丘脑、海马和纹状体的DA、5-HT含量减少(P<0.05)。百合地黄汤活性部位能改善模型大鼠行为学变化,升高大脑皮层、下丘脑、海马和纹状体的DA、5-HT含量(P<0.05)。结论:百合地黄汤活性部位具有抗抑郁作用,对中枢单胺类神经递质的调节作用是其疗效机制之一。Objective : To study the anti - depression mechanism of the active fraction of Bahe Dihuang Decoction. Method:Rat models were established by separation and chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS). Ethology of rats were detected by open - field test, contents of monoamine neurotransmitters were detected by HPLC - RF. Results : Compared with normal group, the weight, the frequency of crossing and rearing in depressive disorder rats were decreased signifi- cantly ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ), the contents of 5 - HT, DA in cerebral cortex, hypothalamus, hippocampal region and corpus striatum of depressive disorder rats were decreased significantly(P 〈 0. 05 ). The active fraction of Babe Dihuang Decoc- tion can improve ethology of depression rats and increase the contents of 5 - I-IT and DA significantly(P 〈 0. 05) in cere- bral cortex, hypothalamus, hippocampal region and corpus striatum. Conclusion:The effects of anti -depression of the ac- tive fraction of Bahe Dihuang Decoction may be related to the regulation of monoamine neurotransmitters'in brain.
