摘  要:目的:研究不同产地石蒜药材指纹图谱差异,建立RP-HPLC图谱,为石蒜药材制定质量标准提供参考。方法:用RP-HPLC法对不同产地石蒜药材进行分析,测定其指纹图谱。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价"软件比较指纹图谱相似度,利用数据处理系统(DPS)进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果:不同产地石蒜药材指纹图谱略有不同,个别样品差异显著。初步建立了以8个共有峰为特征指纹信息的HPLC指纹图谱。结论:不同产地石蒜药材指纹图谱有一定差异,以RP-HPLC法建立的石蒜药材指纹图谱可为其质量评价和品种鉴别提供依据。Objective :To establish the RP- HPLC fingerprint of Lyeoris radiata and to compare the quality of Lyeoris radiata from different habitats. Methods : RP - HPLC fingerprinting techniques were used to analyze Lycoris radiata of dif- ferent origins. The gradient elution mode was applied during the chromatographic separation, and Chromatographic Finger- print Similarity Evaluation software was used to analyse the data and evaluate the HPLC -fingerprint establishment. Data of 10 samples was assessed by DPS sofeware of Hierarchical cluster analysis with comparison fingerprint. Results:Samples from different habitats were of high similarity, only a few samples showed slight difference. The initial standard RP - HPLC fingerprint was established with 8 indicated common peaks. Conclusion:The RP - HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable and feasible, and can be used in quality evaluation and origin differentiation of Lycoris radiata.
