手部深度烧伤早期手术治疗的回顾性临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手部深度烧伤后的早期手术方法和临床效果。方法本组96例124只手,男性67例（89只手）女性29例（35只手）,在伤后1~7d对伤手早期切削痂移植中厚皮片、异体真皮复合皮片或带蒂皮瓣移植。结果术后随访107只手,5个月～15个月,参考王澍寰（2002）手功能评价标准,手功能康复为优83只手（77.6%）,良11只手（10.2%）,中8只手（7.5%）,差5只手（4.7%）。结论手部深度烧伤早期手术切痂,采用适当的方法封闭创面,有利于手的功能恢复及外观。Objective To explore the surgical techniques and clinical results of deep hand burns early. Methods The group of 96 eases of 124 hands, male 67 cases （89 hands） and 29 females （35 hands）, injured hands were treated with early eschareetomy skin grafting or pedieled skin flap grafting or variant dermis recombination grafting after injury 1-7d. Results Referring to Wang Shu Huan （2002） Hand function evaluation criteria, 107 hands were followed up for 5 to 15 months, Rehabilitation of hand function was excellent 83 hands （77.6%）, good in 11 hands （10.2%）, moderate in 8 hands （7.5%）, and poor five hands （4.7%）. Conclusions Early surgical excision with deeply burned hands, wound closure by appropriate methods, would beneficial to the hands fianction and appearance.
