摘　　要：目的通过具体情况分析护理人员在进行护理记录过程中质量控制存在的问题并针对问题提出建议和解决措施。方法随机抽取本单位某段时期回档的272份护理记录单进行调查和分析研究。结果护理记录质量的优良程度与相关护理人员的综合素质、法律观念、质控力度有着密不可分的关系。结论通过对护理记录单的相关问题提出讨论分析后可以知道,切实提高护理人员的法律观念、综合素质以及质控能力能够有效保障护理记录的良好质量。Objective Through analysis of the specific circumstances of the nursing staff quality control in nursing records in the process of problems and puts forward some suggestions and measures to solve the problem. Method Investigation and analysis of single 272 nursing records were randomly selected from the method of a period of correction of the. Results The degree of excellent quality of nursing records and related nursing staffs comprehensive quality, legal concept, quality control is closely related. Conclusions Analysis can know the relevant problems in nursing records, and improve the legal concept, nursing staffs comprehensive quality and ability of good quality control can effectively guarantee the quality of nursing records.
