摘　　要：目的探讨外科住院患者护理安全影响因素,为针对性的采取预防对策提供参考依据。方法采用根据相关文献制定的护理安全影响因素调查问卷调查随机抽取2011年1月至2012年12月我院60例外科护理人员和60例患者家属,探讨外科住院患者护理安全影响因素,并提出针对性的预防干预措施。结果外科护理人员和患者家属外科住院患者护理安全影响因素各维度得分依次为:护士素质与能力、护理工作内部环境、临床工作场所、组织管理、患者、照护人员。结论外科住院患者护理安全受多方面因素的影响,我们在临床医疗过程中,可以通过采用针对性的干预措施来加强外科住院患者护理安全管理,改善患者的预后。Objective To investigate the nursing safety factors of surgical hospital patients in order to provide reference for taking preventive measures. Methods Our sixty cases of surgical nursing staff and patients with family members from August 2010 to August 2012 were surveyed by the self-made general data questionnaire according to the literature review in order to investigate the nursing safety factors of surgical hospital patients, and then we put forward specific measures. Results The dimension scores of nursing safety factors of surgical hospital patients were as follows： the nurse quality and ability, clinical nursing work and internal environment, the place for clinical nursing, organization and management, patient, care worker. Conclusion The nursing safety of surgical hospital patients are affected by various factors. In daily work, we can take the corresponding measures to strengthen the surgery in hospital patient care and safety management, and improve the prognosis of patients.
