施贵宝治疗手足口病患儿皮肤疱疹破溃的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨施贵宝用于手足口病患儿皮肤疱疹破溃的治疗效果。方法使用施贵宝药物前为对照组,共297例患儿,采用百多邦涂于患处,每日2~3次;使用施贵宝药物后为治疗组,共199例患儿,采用施贵宝护肤粉撒于患处,每日1次。二组患儿在用药前均给予生理盐水清创。使用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果对照组手足口病患儿破溃疱疹干结时间、破溃疱疹恢复时间、破溃感染疱疹恢复时间差别均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论施贵宝用于手足口病患儿皮肤疱疹破溃效果显著,患处干结快、痊愈快。Objective To explore the treatment effect of Squibb using for skin herpes to defeat with hand-foot-mouth disease of pedo-patients. Methods Before using Squibb drug as control group, 297 pedo-patients used Bactroban for infected part, 2-3 times every today; after using Squibb drug as treatment group, 199 pedo-patients used Squibb stomahesive protective powder for infected part, one time every today. Two groups, pedo-patients give physiological saline debridement before using drugs. The data use SPSS17.0 for windows to conduct statistical analysis. Results The differences of dry time, recovery time and infected recovery time with hand-foot-mouth disease of pedo-patients herpes to defeat are statistical significances （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Squibb has significant effect on skin herpes to defeat for hand-foot-mouth disease of pedo-patients, and Squibb used infected part for dry and recovery fast.
