摘　　要：目的对急诊危重患者院内转运的潜在风险及防范措施进行探讨。方法分析我院急诊科2011年3月至2011年6月院内转运的108例危重患者的临床资料并设为对照组,该组采用常规的转运护理,2012年3月1日至2012年6月1日转运的120例急诊危重患者设为观察组,该组实施安全转运护理,比较两组患者在院内转运过程中发生意外的情况及不满意程度。结果通过分析比较,观察组的意外发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),转运过程中的不满意程度观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论在转运前对危重患者进行全面的评估风险及利益,在转运过程中实时进行监护及观察,到达相关科室对患者的初步诊断及相关情况进行详细的交接及记录,包括医师之间和护士之间的交接。在转运过程中进行安全的护理对危重患者的预后及减少并发症的发生是关键。Objective Emergency critically ill patients with nosocomial transit potential risks and preventive measures were discussed. Methods Analysis of our hospital emergency department in March 2011 to June 2011 in the transport of the clinical data of 108 cases of critically ill patients and set as control group, The group with normal transport nursing, on March 1, 2012 to June 1, 2012 transfer of 120 emergency critically ill patients as observation group, the group, safe transport nursing. Compare two groups of patients in the hospital the case of an accident during the transfer process and no satisfaction. Result Through comparative analysis, observation group accidental incidence was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, no satisfaction in the process of transshipment observation group is significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.01）, difference have statistical significance. Conelusion In front of the transporter in critically ill patients with a comprehensive assessment of the risks and benefits, care and observation in real time in transit to reach the relevant sections of the patient＇s initial diagnosis and detailed handover and records, including between physicians and nurses between the handover. In the transport process safe nursing care for the prognosis of critically ill patients and reduce the occurrence of complications is the key.
