摘　　要：目的通过对我院今年下半年中药处方的调查和分析,了解中药处方的整体质量,分析处方中出现的问题,促进我院处方书写的规范化,保证合理用药,保护患者健康。方法随机抽取我院下半年中药处方3000张进行分析统计。结果我院不合格处方为128张,不合格率为4.27%,主要为书写不规范和用法用量不准确等。结论我院中药不合格处方比例成下降趋势,主要是因为我院逐步推广的电子处方所致,但电子处方中仍存在部分问题,需进一步加强监管和指导,提高中药处方的质量,以保证中药临床应用安全有效。Objective To understand the traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the quality of our hospital by surveying and analysis this prescription of the second half of this year, analysis of prescription quality problems, and promote the standardization of prescription writing, and promote the rational use of drugs, protecting the patient＇s health. Methods 3000 random sample of the second half of 2012 Chinese medicine prescription, for statistical analysis. Results 128 prescriptions（4.27%） failed, in which for non-standard written, unclear expression in usage and dosage, and other aspects of some of the problems. Conclusion The proportion of unqualified Chinese medicine prescriptions have been declining of applying the electronic prescription. But there are some problem in using the electronic prescription, we should strengthen the prescription of supervision and inspection to improve the Chinese medicine prescription quality, to ensure safe and effective the Chinese medicine clinical application.
