尿道口成形术治疗尿道口处女膜融合征引起的下尿路感染

摘　　要：目的探讨女性尿道处女膜融合征引起下尿路感染的诊断治疗。方法对47例尿道处女膜融合征的患者行尿道口成形术治疗。结果 47例术后随访3~48个月,痊愈39例,好转5例,无效3例,手术有效率93.6%（44/47）,治愈率82.9%（39/47）,无效率6.4%（3/47）。结论尿道口成形术疗效满意、简单、安全,是治疗尿道处女膜融合征引起下尿路感染的一种较好的术式。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of lower urinary tract infection caused by meatal-hymenounion. Methods 47 cases with lower urinary tract infection caused by meatal-hymenounion were treated with Urethral-meatoplasty. Results The patients bad been followed up for3-48 months. The effective, curative and inefficient rate of surgical therapy were 93.6%, 82.9% and 6.4% respectively. Conclusions Urethral-meatoplasty is an efficacy advantages, better method and safety to lower urinary tract infection caused by meatar hymenounion.
