摘　　要：目的 :探讨鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的手术疗效。方法 :根据鼓室病变情况 ,采用不同术式治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎 140耳 ,对其移植膜成活情况及听力提高情况进行观察分析。结果 :移植膜完全成活且闭合穿孔 12 9耳 (92 .14% ) ,听力提高 10 d B以上 117耳 (90 .70 % ) ,平均提高 17.4d B;部分成活但穿孔未完全闭合 3耳 (2 .14% ) ,1耳听力提高 ,2耳无变化 ;未成活 8耳 (5 .71% ) ,3耳听力下降。术后达应用听力水平 76耳 ,占 5 4.2 9%。结论 :鼓室成形手术是治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的有效手段 ,术中彻底清除病变 ,根据不同病变采取不同术式 ,能有效提高手术的效果。Objective:To study the surgical effect of tympanoplasty for chronic otitis media suppurative.Methods:Based on the different degrees of the pathological change of tympanic cavity,different surgical treatment was adopted for chronic otitis media suppurative in 140 ears to observe the hearing improvement and the survived transplanted membrane.Results:Transplanted membrane in 129 ears(92 12%) was survived and the perforation was closed.The hearing of 117 ears(90 07%) was improved over 10 dB,average improved 17 4dB;Membrane was partial survived and perforation was not closed in 3 ears(2.14%).Hearing was improved in 1 ear and 2 ears with no changes.Membrane was not survived in 8 ears(5.71%).76 ears(54.29%) reached the required hearing level after operation.Conclusions:Tympanoplasty is the effective treatment for chronic otitis media suppurative.Thorough clearing the pathological change during operation and choose the suitable operation according to the different change could improve the surgical effect.
