产前保健与新生儿生长关系研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究新生儿出生体重与产前保健的关系。方法 :随机抽取1989年 1月至 1998年 12月住院正常分娩新生儿的 10 %共 15 95例。结果 :经动态分析测定的体重资料 ,新生儿体重平均每年递增速度为 0 6 93 % ;经等级相关进一步分析 ,新生儿体重随年代递增 ,逐年增加 ,相关系数rs =0 85 4,rs0 0 1(9) =0 794,P <0 0 1有高度正相关关系。结论 :10年中新生儿体重呈增长趋势。预测到 2 0 0 5年 ,新生儿出生体重均数可达 3414 12 g。随着产前保健各项措施逐步完善和加强 ,可以明显提高新生儿生长发育的水平。Objective:Research the relationship between prelabour healthcare and body weight of newborn Method:Select randomly 1*!595 cases newborn of normal pre- gnant labour from Jan,1989 to Dec,1998 Result:Analyze body weight data dynamically,the increasing rate of newborn body weight is r=0 693%,then correlative analyzed,r s=0 854,P<0 01 Con^clusion:The newborn body weight has been increasing during this ten years,as predicted,the average body weight would reach 3414 12g in 2005 So we can improve development condition of newborn with enough attention to prelabour healthcare
