摘　　要：文章首先介绍了当前高校ERP实验教学现状及存在问题，引出了构建基于角色和流程的ERP仿真实验平台的必要性。并根据ERP实验课程的实际情况，按照企业环境、职能岗位角色和企业业务流程三个环节对实验平台进行了仿真设计。最后，借鉴美国研究型大学在课程评价方面的相关制度从四个维度对该仿真实验教学效果进行评价。This paper first introduces the situation and existing problems in current university ERP experiment teaching, and leads to build ERP simulation experiments platform based on the role and process is necessary. Based on the actual situation of ERP experimental cumculum,In accordance with the three aspects of business environment,job roles and business processes,it design for simulation experiments platform. Finally, drawing on U.S. research universities＇ the relevant system in curriculum evaluation, we evaluate teaching effectiveness from four dimensions of the simulation experiments
