摘　　要：在业务连续性管理(BCM)体系框架基础上提出从六个阶段来实现在机务维修系统风险管理中的具体应用。以东方航空公司风险管理为例,首先,确定项目的负责人;利用反映机务维修系统安全状况的定量数据建立风险评估指标体系;在Netica软件中构建基于贝叶斯网络(BN)的风险评估模型;其次,在评估结果基础上根据业务影响分析的结果给出了BCM响应的流程,即风险管理的策略;通过演练维护和评审证明BCM计划的有效性,最后,提出将BCM融入航空公司的日常管理的文化中,为航空公司机务维修系统的风险管理工作提供了实际应用价值。On the basis of Business Continuity Management （BCM）systematic frame, put forward from six stages to implementation of BCM application in engineering maintenance system risk management.Take risk management of China Eastern Airlines for example, First of all, determine the project leader;established airlines risk evaluation index system by means of quantitative data reflect the security status of engineering maintenance; build airline risk assessment model based on the Bayesian network （BN）using Netica software, secondly, based on the evaluation results according to the result of the business impact analysis gives the BCM response process, namely the risk management strategy; By practicing maintenance and review to prove the validity of the BCM program,finally, integrate BCM into the Airlines daily management of the culture, and provides practical application value for airline engineering maintenance risk management system.
