摘　　要：文中分析了运算放大器的参数测量原理,使用FPGA作为控制核心,结合GB3442-82规定的辅助测量电路,利用程控方式实现了集成运算放大器主要参数的测量。This paper analyzes the op amp parameters measurement principle, Using FPGA as the control core, Combined with GB3442-82 provides auxiliary measuring circuit,use program-controlled manner to achieve an integrated operational amplifier main parameters of the measurement.
