摘　　要：本文结合本人所学的工程造价管理知识和工作实际,通过分析竣工结算审查中常见的问题,从做好竣工结算审查的准备工作、做好竣工结算审查的要点、加强造价业务人员的素质教育和提高审核人员的职业道德三个方面,提出了做好工程竣工结算审查的具体思路,重点阐述了做好竣工结算审查的要点。in this paper,combined with the project cost management knowledge and practice what I have learned,through the analysis of the common problems in completion settlement examination,from preparation work,do a good job completion settlement examination well points,settlement of strengthening quality education cost business personnel and improve the three aspects of the audit personnel occupation morality,and puts forward the the idea for the project completion settlement examination,focusing on the key＇ points to be completion settlement examination.
