摘 要:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术研究Shh基因在皖系长毛兔和比利时兔不同周龄皮肤中的表达规律,结果表明:Shh基因在两个兔品种中的表达规律并不完全一致,但均在毛生长旺盛期表达量相对较高。Shh基因在皖系长毛兔0~22周龄中的表达量均相对较高,在比利时兔中0~6周龄时表达量相对较高,8~22周龄时表达量较低。由此推测Shh基因与家兔毛生长相关。In this paper,the expressions of skin Shh gene in two rabbit breeds(Wan strain Angora rabbit and Belgium rabbit) with different weeks of age were studied by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.The results showed that the expressions of Shh gene in two rabbit breeds were not entirely consistent,but the expressions during the growth periods of hair were relatively high;the expression level of Shh gene was high in Wan strain Angora rabbit at the age of 0 ~22 week,but it was low in the Belgian rabbit at the age of 8~22 week.These suggested that the expression level of Shh gene was associated with the rabbit hair growth.
