摘　　要：在几乎所有的工业分支和现代生活中,如机械和设备工程,汽车和航空工业,娱乐和消费行业,医疗技术和生命科学领域,以及在军事和安全技术,传感器已成为不可或缺的一部分。事实上,在当前信息化社会中,几乎所有的高科技产品都离不开传感器的信息采集技术支持。科技以人为本,未来传感器的发展将依照现在以及未来的需求向着更好地为人类服务的方向发展。Sensors have become indispensable in practically all branches of industry, and modern life, such as mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive and aerospace industries, entertainment and consumer industries, medical tecbaiology and life sciences, as well as in military and security technology area. However, there is hardly any industrial area that can work without measuring, testing and monitoring. In fact, in the cun＇ent information society, almost all of the high-tech products are inseparable from technology support of the sensor information collection. Science and technology takse human as the basic origin, the future development of sensors will be in accordance with the needs of present and future to serve humanity toward the direction better.
