摘　　要：文化理论为警察心理支持系统提供了新的建构思路,主要体现在警察亚文化、民族文化、本土文化对警察心理的影响。正视文化差异、消解文化心理冲突,创造和谐的警察文化环境,才能建立和运作完善的警察心理支持系统。Cultural theory as the police psychological supporting system structure provides a new train of thought, mainly reflected in the police culture, national culture, n.ative culture on the police~ psychological influ- ence. Analysis cultural differences, eliminate the conflict of culture, and create a harmonious cultural environ- ment, to establish and perfect the operation of police psychological supporting system.
