摘 要:针对小型电机定、转子冲压零件批量大,尺寸、形位公差要求高,分析了零件的材料、结构、精度和其他方面的工艺性,设计了合理的冲压工艺及7个工步的模具结构。分析了冲压生产中转子零件可能产生的平面度误差大、12mm孔与56.2mm同轴度误差难以保证的原因,并指出了相应的解决措施。经生产实践证明,冲压工艺、工步及模具结构设计合理,刃磨一次的寿命超过10万件,调试合格后能稳定地生产出完全合符要求的零件。For small-scale electrical motor stator and rotor stamping is volume with strict size, form and position tolerance requirement, parts material, structure, accuracy and other aspects of the process were analyzed and a reasonable stamping process with its 7 working steps' die structure were designed. Reasons for may generated big flatness error in rotor parts stamping process and difficulties in ensuring Ф12 mm hole and Ф56.2 mm hole concen- tricity error were analyzed and corresponding solution measures were pointed out. Producing practice shows that stamping process, working steps and die structure are reason- able designed. Sharpened blade can be used for more than 100 000 pieces and parts, corn-pletely meet the requirement, can be steadily produced after the debugging qualified.
