摘  要:侧围外盖板零件料厚较薄,且产品结构复杂。通过对零件冲压工艺性分析,合理安排工序内容,并采用预冲孔方案,提高产品品质。在模具设计方面,用旋转斜楔代替双向斜楔,优化模具结构,缩短送料行程,结构上也有利于送料、取料,同时减少模具重量,降低制造成本。Side outer panel parts' material thickness is comparatively thinner and structure is complicated. With parts stamping process analysis, proper arranged process content and pre-punching project, products quality was improved. In the aspect of die design, rotational wedge was used instead of bidirectional wedge in order to optimize the die structure and shorten the feeding schedule, which was also beneficial to feeding and reclaiming. Die quality was improved and manufacturing cost was reduced at the same time.
