摘  要:在加工中心上进行零件多面加工的编程过程中,为了简化数控编程过程以及减少零件加工程序计算和输入过程中的差错,通过对数控加工中心立卧式转换进行各种情况分析,将计算过程编成子程序,并使用子程序实现加工中心立式和卧式转换后坐标值自动补偿的方法,从而实现工件原点自动计算和转换。通过子程序的编辑和使用,大大地简化了此类零件的数控编程过程,提高了编程速度和效率。In order to simplify the numerical control programming and reduce mistakes in calculating and inputting NC programs in the process of editing the progress about multi-sur- face machining on CNC, various situations about the horizontal-vertical transformation of CNC were analyzed as well as writing the calculation into a subprogram. In addition, the method of coordinates automatic compensation after the transformation of horizontal-verti- cal was achieved in dependence on the subprogram. Consequently, the automatically calcu- lation and conversion of workpiece origin point were figured out. Due to the editing and applying of subprogram, such kinds of NC programming become simplicity in a large extend, improving programming speed and efficiency.
