慢性心衰的蒙医辨证分析研究

摘　　要：目的:初步了解内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市及周边地区慢性心衰蒙医证型的分布特点。方法:采用临床流行病学的调查方法,共收集入组148例慢性心衰患者临床资料,按照蒙医证型诊断标准,分析归纳其特点。结果:148例慢性心衰患者蒙医证型分布:赫依、齐素交搏型70例;巴达干、赫依偏盛型45例;齐素、希拉偏盛型33例。结论:内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市及周边地区慢性心衰以赫依、齐素交搏型居多,其次是巴达干、赫依偏盛型。Objective：To study the distribution features of Mongolian medicine syndrome types of chronic congestive heart failure from hohhot city and surrounding area.Methods：Take clinical epidemiology as investigation method,Collected into the group of 148 patients with chronic heart failure in patients with clinical data,analyzed and summarized its characteristics in accordance with the the Mongolian medicine syndromes diagnostic criteria.Results：148 patients with chronic heart failure patients Mongolian syndrome distribution： Heyi Qisu type 70 cases;Badagan Heyi type 45 cases;Qisu Xila type 33 cases.Conclusion：Chronic heart failure in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia,and the surrounding areas in accordance with,Heyi Qisu type mostly followed by Badagan Heyi type.
