针刀松解与超短波治疗髌下脂肪垫劳损对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刀松解与超短波治疗髌下脂肪垫劳损的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的原发性髌下脂肪垫劳损患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用针刀松解治疗,对照组采用超短波治疗,分别于治疗前后采用活动痛(VAS评级法)和压痛记分法进行指标评估,观察比较两组疗效并进行统计学处理。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%和86.67%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后VAS评分和压痛评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组临床效果更好(P<0.05)。结论:针刀松解治疗髌下脂肪垫劳损效果良好,是治疗本病的一种简便易行、取效迅速、经济实用的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To study the effect of acupotome and ultra short wave in the treatment of injury of the in- frapatellar fat pad. Methods.60 patients were divided randomly into experimental group using acupotome and control group with ultra short wave. Visual analogue scale （VAS） and the scales for pain with finger press were evaluated before and after treatment between two groups . The clinical effects were researched and ana- lysed statistically. Results ： There was a significant difference in the rate of general effectiveness, with 96.67% vs 86.67% between experimental group and control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The comparison of the scales for visual analogue scale （VAS） and sign before and after treatment in two groups had significant differences （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The clinical efficacy was better in experimental group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The acupotome is an easy, economical, practical and effective approach, and it is worth using in clinical treatment.
