摘 要:目的:探索并建立高效率中医英文术语记忆方法,为中医学国际化提供基础知识。方法:本研究受试者年龄在21~23岁。在黑龙江中医药大学从未学过医学英语的本科四年级学生中,通过大学英语四级测验选出公共英语水平相近者87例,随机分为实验组(43例)与对照组(44例)。实验组采用以中医学内容为板块、以构成中医术语的基本单位-单词作为学习记忆中医术语的重点、以思维导图为记忆支撑的医学英语学习法,对照组采用传统方法学习。通过期中和期末考试比较并分析两组的专业英语成绩。为确定两种方法在学习效率上是否有差别,采用调查问卷的形式考察了每组受试者用在医学英语上自主学习的时间、对医学英语学习的难易感和医学英语学习的兴趣。结果:实验组平均学习成绩和学习效率均明显优于对照组,两组平均自主学习时间无明显差异。同时,实验组的学习兴趣明显高于对照组。结论:内容为板块、单词为中心、思维导图为支撑的记忆方法可以明显提高中医英语学习效率。Objective: To explore high effeciency method of TCM English learning and provide basic knowledge for TCM to be internationalized. Method: This study years old, disregarding their gender. 87 students were daily English took people as objects, participants were from 21 to 23 selected from 4th grade through a Cet 4 test so that their level had no difference, and randomly divided them into experimental group (43 participants) and control group (44 participants). None of the participants had studied medical English before. During the experiment, the experimental group learned TCM English with the way of TCM contents as blocks (i. e. the same learning sequence and contents blocks as students study their TCM in Chinese), words that form TCM terms as focus ( i. e. we focused on learning the words that from TCM terms and asked the participants to pay more attention to remembering the words rather than the whole long TCM terms), and mind mapping as sup- port (i. e. participants were trained to use mind mapping to review what they have learned), and the control group learned TCM English with traditional methods. The results of mid and final term exams of the two groups were compared and analyzed. In order to know if there is learning efficiency difference between the two meth- ods, questionaires as to self - directed learning time per week, the interest in learning TCM English, and the difficult feeling of TCM English learning, were designed and completed by the participants. Results: The score of experimental group was higher than that of the control group in both mid term and final term exams; the learning efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in the first half and whole semester.
