老年人原发性肾病综合征28例临床分析

摘　　要：观察老年人原发性肾病综合症的临床特点。对 2 8例老年人原发性肾病综合症进行回顾性分析并与同期的 189例成年人原发性肾病综合症进行对照。老年人原发性肾病综合症高血压发生率较高 (X2 =5 2 1P <0 0 5 ) ;肾功能不全发生率较高(X2 =3 89P <0 0 5 ) ;完全缓解率较低 (X2 =4 2 7P <0 0 5 ) ;复发率较低 (X2 =9.18P <0 0 1) ;药物治疗不良反应较多。老年人原发性肾病综合症并发高血压及肾功能不全较多 ,完全缓解率及复发率较低。对经正规治疗不能达到缓解者应重视药物不良反应 ,以控制高血压和保护肾脏功能为治疗目的。Object To study the clinical features of elderly with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS).Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical features was made.189 adult patients with PNS were observed,among them 28 were elder patients.Results In elder patients,the incidence of hypertension and renal insufficiency were higher (P<0 05),the responsive rate and the recurrence rate were lower (P<0 05,P<0 01).Conclusion The incidence of hypertension and renal insufficiency,the rates of responsive and recurrence all differ in elder patients from in adult patients.The attention must be paid to the control of hypertension and protection of renal function for the elder patients with PNS that response to treatment is low.
