射频消融治疗阵发性室上性心动过速

摘　　要：本文总结了 6 4例阵发性室上性心动过速的射频消融治疗 ,其中房室折返性心动过速 (AVRT) 4 4例 ,包括左前侧壁旁路 13例 ,左侧游离壁旁路 15例 ,左后侧壁旁路 2例 ,左后间隔旁路 8例。右后间隔旁路 4例 ,右后壁旁路 2例 ;房室结折返性心动过速 (AVNRT) 2 0例 ;既有旁路 ,又有双径路 1例 ;两条旁路 1例。以导管射频消融阻断旁路及改良房室结构 ,成功率98 4% ,1例出现Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞 ,1例复发 ,再次射频消融后治愈。The authors summarized 64 cases of PSVT with RFCA.44 cases of them are AVRT,the others are AVNRT.There are thirteen accessory pathways in left anterior lateral,fifteen in left free wall,two in left posteriolateral,eight in left posterioseptal,four in right posterioseptal and two in right posteriolateral.1 cases has left-sided pathway and double atrioventricular node pathways.1 has left and right-sided pathways.We cured these patients with RFCA.The rate of cured patients is 98.4%.1 patient has third degree atrioventricular block.1 patient recurred,but cured with RFCA again.
