双波长比值光谱法测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量

摘　　要：目的 :应用双波长比值光谱法测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量 ,消除盐酸普鲁卡因降解产物对氨基苯甲酸的干扰。方法 :根据盐酸普鲁卡因和对氨基苯甲酸的比值光谱特征 ,选择 2 2 6nm和 2 46nm作为测定波长。结果 :盐酸普鲁卡因在 5～ 30μg·ml-1,对氨基苯甲酸在 0 .2 5～ 16 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,样品测定结果与药典方法一致 (P >0 .0 5 )。本法也可对对氨基苯甲酸进行定量。结论 :本法操作简便 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,样品测定结果准确。OBJECTIVE:Dual wavelength ratio spectrometry was used for determination of procaine hydrochloride injection,which could eliminate the disturbance of the degradation product,para aminobenzoic acid.METHODS:According to the ratio spectrum of procaine hydrochloride and para aminobenzoic acid,226 nm and 246 nm were selected as the determination wavelengthes.RESULTS:Good linear correlations lied in procaine hydrochloride(5～30 μg·ml -1 ) and para aminobenzoic acid( 0.25 ～16 μg·ml -1 ),and there was no difference between the determination of the method and pharmacopeia method( P > 0.05 ).CONCLUSIONS:The method is sample,sensitive,precise and accurate.
