摘　　要：目的探讨针对妊娠期感染高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(high risk type human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)者采用新型护理模式的可行性及有效性。方法对99例确认感染HR-HPV者进行认知干预和支持性心理护理,并于干预前后进行对比分析。结果妊娠期感染HR-HPV的女性出现了严重的身心障碍,采用新型护理模式进行干预后,增加了感染者对疾病的认知,治疗顺应性和生活质量均有明显的提高。结论针对妊娠期感染HR-HPV女性的新型护理模式是可行的,对改善其预后起重要作用。Objective To study the feasibility and effectiveness of a new nursing care mode for the patients with infected with human papilloma virus during pregnancy. Methods We practiced cognition and intervention of nursing care and supportive psychological nursing to 99 from 771 patients with confirmed infection of human papilloma virus by DNA detection of cervical secretions. Results By using integrated clinical mental health Rating Scale as evaluation questionnaire, the female pationts infected with human papilloma virus during pregnancy manifested severe disabilities. Through the new mode of nursing, the patients raised the cognition of disease, Treatment compliance and quality of life was improved. Conclusion Taking a new nursing model on pregmant women infected with high risk human papilloma virus fully reflects the humanistic concern, and plays an important role in patients prognosis.
