摘　　要：本文在健康住宅建设试点工程实态调查结果分析的基础上,重点研究了住区建设中影响老年人居住健康的典型影响因素,提出了适老宜居社区的建设对策和指标体系。The paper gave an actual-status investigation of healthy housing in Beijing area, mainlyanalysisedtypical factors which is affecting residence and health of old people in residential quarter construction, and proposedindicator system andcountermeasures of elderly livable community construction.
