摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,城市进程不断加速,城市居民的生活品味不断提高,人们对城市住宅建筑及其规划设计提出了更高的要求。本文主要是对城市住宅建筑及其规划设计进行相关阐述,并提出自己的观点。With the continuous development of society, accele rating process of city, city residents living taste is constantly improved, people put forward higher requirements on the city, and its planning and design of residential buildings. This paper mainly discusses the city housing building, planning and design, and proposes own view.
