摘　　要：本文以某安置房项目楼板开裂事故为案例背景,对其进行鉴定并对裂缝成因做出鉴定分析及事故处理建议。如加强混凝土浇筑、添加剂的使用、在后期养护上下苦功夫等。希望能够给类似质量事故处理提供一些建议。This paper takes a housing project floor cracking accident as the case background, to identify them and make the identifycation and analysis and accident treatment recommendations on the causes of cracks. I hope to be able to provide some suggestions to similar quality accident treatment.
