摘　　要：本文从建筑物给排水节水的严峻形势出发,着重从关管件泄露、超压出流、无效冷水、二次污染等四个方面归纳总结了建筑给排水节水目前所面临的问题以及存在的隐患。针对上述内容,结合已有研究成果,作者从设计优化和设施完善的角度提出了一些解决措施。The water conservation problem about water supply and drainage system in buildings is a hot topic of social concern. This paper puts forward the puzzles and the hidden dangers like pipe leakage, overpressure effluent, invalid cold water and secondary pollution, with the consideration of the severe form about water conservation, and finally gives some corresponding solutions from the perspectives of the design optimization and the facilities improvement.
