摘　　要："老新村"主要指建造于20世纪90年代左右的商品住宅小区。该类小区大多以多层住宅为主,区内配套设施严重不足,不能满足人们追求生活质量的需要。近年来,为构建和谐社会,各级政府将"老新村改造"作为重要任务。论文总结了苏州市沧浪区老新村改造的经验,探索了适合沧浪区和谐发展的老新村改造模式,以供参考借鉴。＂The old village＂ mainly refers to the commodity residential neighborhood built in the 1990s. These areas are mostly the multi-storey residential, and area supporting facilities are grossly inadequate, unable to meet the needs of people’s pursuit of quality of life. In recent years, in order to build a harmonious society, governments at all levels will ＂the old village transformation＂ as an important task. The paper summarizes Suzhou Canglang old village transformation experiences, and explores suitable reform mode of harmonious development for old village of Canglang District, to supply reference.
