摘　　要：本文就工程建设造价管理的难点及其解决措施展开论述,总结工程造价中出现的问题,同时提出相应的解决策略,希望能够为日后的工程建设造价管理提供一些帮助。This paper discusses the difficulties and counterm- easures of construction cost management, summarizes the pro- blems in the project cost, and puts forward the corresponding settlement tactics, hopes to provide some help for the construc- tion of the project cost management in the future.
