基于Web的开放式CNC机床远程监控系统研究

摘　　要：根据制造业数控加工设备网络监控与故障诊断服务需求以及西门子840D数控系统的特点,提出了基于Web的开放式CNC机床远程监控系统设计总体方案,并分析了远程监控系统的监控流程。同时,通过研究西门子840D数控系统的HMI与NCK/PLC的通讯机制,提出了基于OEM软件二次开发的数控机床运行信息交互系统,能够实时读取与控制来自数控系统的各种信息。在此基础上利用Flex与Java技术,设计了基于B/S模式的远程监控系统,并应用到铁路货车轮轴生产线上。运行结果表明:系统稳定可靠,能满足应用需求。According to the requirements of the network monitor and control and the fault diagnose service of the NC machining equipment in manufacturing industry and the characteristic of SINUMERIK 840D,the total design for web-based remote monitoring and control system of open CNC machine tools was put forward,the monitoring and control system was also analyzed.Meanwhile,the second development of CNC information alternant system based on OEM was proposed by studying the principle of communication between HMI and NCK / PLC,it could read data and send commands to the CNC controller.On that basis,the remote monitoring and control system based on B / S mode was designed by using Flex technology and Java technology.Finally,the system was applied to the axle production line of railway freight cars.The operation results show that the system is stable and reliable,which can meet the requirements for application.
