摘 要:为了提高浅孔钻设计质量和设计效率,分析了可转位浅孔钻在工程应用中存在的问题及研究现状;给出了基于"单位切削刃"思想的钻削力数学模型建立方法;以双刀片结构的浅孔钻为例,利用ANSYS进行优化仿真分析,求得径向合力最小时的刀片槽空间几何参数;对优化前后的浅孔钻进行应力应变对比分析,证明优化后结构的优越性;基于上述分析结果,建立计算机辅助设计系统IIDCAD,阐述了系统的功能结构及关键接口技术,给出了系统运行示例及关键程序代码。To improve the design quality and efficiency of indexable drill,the existing problems and research status were analyzed.Then,the method for establishing mathematical model of drilling force based on the theory of unit cutting edge was proposed.Taking the indexable drill with two inserts as example,the simulation and optimization analysis were completed by using software ANSYS,and the optimal special geometric parameters of chip breaker were obtained.According to the results of stress-strain comparative analysis between optimized drill and un-optimized drill,the superiority of optimized drill can be confirmed.Based on the simulation results above-mentioned,the computer-aided design system IIDCAD was developed.The functional structure and important interface technologies of the system were described.Finally,some running examples and key program codes of the system were given.
