摘  要:针对某二通比例流量阀的各个组成环节建立了具体的数学模型。根据阀门厂家提供的资料并结合实验确定了数学模型中的部分未知参数,并通过实验较准确地测量得出了稳态液动力。最后在空载和负载状态下对比例流量阀开环阶跃动态响应特性进行了仿真和实验验证。The specific mathematical model was established for various aspects of system of a two-way electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve.On the basis of the information provided by the valve manufacturers and combined with experiments,many unknown parameters involved in mathematical model were solved.The steady-state fluid power was accurately measured and obtained in experiments.At last,according to the free load and loaded working conditions,open loop step dynamic response characteristics of a proportional flow valve are simulated and experimental validated.
