摘　　要：针对目前管理学科教学的局限性,探索性地将神经科学实验技术应用于管理学科理论与实践教学中;通过认知、情感及认知与情感交互作用等不同角度,测度管理活动和行为决策中的神经运行活动,从而突破教学局限,促进管理学科发展。For limitations of current management discipline teaching, the neuroscience experimental technology is exploratorily applied to the theory and practice teaching of management discipline. Through the different perspectives of cognitive activity, emotional activity and the interaction of both activities, the nerve running activities in management and behavioral decisions are measured. Such work may breakout the teaching limitations and promote the development of management discipline.
