摘  要:以国内260t转炉为研究对象,分析转炉复吹改造前后的冶金效果,结果表明,通过改进底吹结构和工艺,转炉终点钢水磷质量分数达到较低的水平,钢水中氧和炉渣中TFe质量分数有显著的降低。在整个炉役期间,钢水中的碳氧积都能达到较低的水平。由于冶炼低碳钢较多,给炉衬的维护带来困难。研究表明,采用合理的溅渣和调渣工艺,可保证转炉炉龄和底吹供气效果同步。The metallurgical effects before and after reform of combined blowing is researched for 260 t converter. The results show that through the improving the combined blowing structure and process the phosphorus content in molten steel after reform is lower than that before reform. The oxygen content in molten steel and TFe content in the slag after reform are lower than that before reform. The product of carbon and oxygen after reform is lower than after reform during the whole converter campaign. Because there are many low carbon steels to produce, it is diffi- cult to maintain the furnace lining of converter. The results show that the lining life of converter and bottom blowing element life keep same life through changing the process of slag splashing and adjusting slag.
