摘　　要：详细介绍了某大型钢厂引进光整机的结构特点,阐述了张力、轧制力和伸长率的控制原理和设定依据;重点介绍了光整机液压控制原理以及"恒伸长率"和"恒轧制力"2种控制模式;结合国产化过程和现场调试阶段出现的问题和解决方案加以总结,并用实例说明了该光整机的使用效果良好。This paper describes the structure characteristic about skin pass mill introduced trom abroad m a large steel mill, elaborates steel tension, rolling force and elongation control principle and basis; introduces the hydraulic control principle, as well as the ＂constant elongation＂ and ＂constant rolling force＂ two control modes; some prob lems and solutions from the localization process and debugging stage are summarized, and an example is given to il- lustrate the good use of effects of the skin pass mill.
