摘 要:目的探讨糖耐量受损(IGT)患者肝脏过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化的变化情况。方法 1例肝外伤患者,分为IGT组8例和正常糖耐量组(NGT)13例,观察血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、肝脏过氧化氢酶、脂酰CoA氧化酶和过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化活性的变化。结果①IGT组患者TG、FFA与NGT组相比有不同程度升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),TC有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②IGT组患者肝脏的过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化、脂酰CoA氧化酶活性较NGT组明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 IGT组患者存在脂质代谢紊乱,肝脏中的过氧化氢酶、脂酰CoA氧化酶和过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化的活性升高。Objective To explore the activity of peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation in the livers of the pa-tients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods Twenty-one patients with liver trauma were divided into the im-paired glucose tolerance group(IGT)(8 patients) and normal sugar tolerance group (NGT)(13 patients). Total cholesterol(TC) ,triglyceride(TG) and free fatty acid(FFA)were observed. Alterations of the activities of peroxi-somal fatty acid β-oxidation, catalase and acyl-CoA oxidase in the livers were studied. Results ① TG, FFA were increased more significantly in the IGT group than that in the NGT group. TC was increased slightly, with no sig-nificance. ②The activities of peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation, catalase and acyl-CoA oxidase in livers of the dia-betics were increased more significantly in the IGT group than that in the NGT group. Conclusion Metabolic dis-order of lipid consisted in the IGT group. In the same time the activities of peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation, cat-alase and acyl-CoA oxidase were increased.
