摘　　要：作为中国近代高等教育史上具有重要影响的知名大学,光华大学在二十六年的办学历程中形成了极具特色的校园文化,发挥出显著的育人功能,培养出一大批卓越人才。光华经验表明:办学者要坚持将校园文化建设贯彻于办学实践活动的始终,须围绕精神、物质和师生行为方式三种形态来建设校园文化;大学校园文化的灵魂是以自由、民主、平等和自治为核心的大学精神;建设大学校园文化的根本宗旨在于育人,校园文化的所有表现形态都要紧密围绕育人来开展;需善于从中国传统文化中汲取优秀的思想资源,并在此基础上尽量融通中西文化;努力形成以先进的校长办学理念为源头,师生合作为关键,学生自治为根本途径的大学校园文化建设模式与运行机制。As one of the renowned universities which has an important influence in the history of modern Chinese higher education,Guanghua University developed a unique campus culture in the twenty-six years of school history,played a significant function of educating people,and trained a large number of outstanding talents.Guanghua experience shows that : Schools should adhere to the construction of campus culture in school from beginning to end ; schools should focus on the spirit,material,and teachers and students behaviors in the construction of campus culture ; the fundamental purpose of the construction of university campus culture is educating people,all manifestations of the campus culture should center around educating people ; the outstanding ideological resources should be absorbed from the Chinese traditional culture and amalgamated with Western cultures as far as possible ; and efforts should be made to form a construction model and operating mechanism with advanced educational philosophy ' president runs the school ' as the source,teacher-student cooperation as the key,and student governance as the fundamental way.
