摘　　要：研究了等距曲面法求解圆柱分度凸轮廓面方程的原理,通过实例介绍了利用等距曲面法对凸轮廓面方程进行求解的一般过程,并将等距曲面法与包络法和共轭曲面法相比较。通过计算和比较不难看出,利用等距曲面法在对圆柱分度凸轮廓面方程进行求解时,几何意义明确,概念清晰,求解过程简单,计算效率高。The principle to solving the equation of the contour surface of a barrel indexing cam mechanism is discussed based on the offset surface method. Compared with the envelope method and the method of conjugate surface,the offset surface method has clear geometric meaning, and is much more simpler than the methods mentioned before in solving the contour surface equation.
