摘 要:目的:探讨缺乏赖氨酸的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶1(WNK1)基因单核苷酸多态性位点rs956868与高血压患者左心室质量指数的相关性。方法:新发的轻中度原发性高血压患者121例,均来自北京市昌平地区的常住汉族人群,予以超声心动图检查,利用TaqMan MGB等位基因分型试剂盒检测患者WNK1基因多态性rs956868的分布频率。结果:rs956868位点(CA+AA)基因型患者的左心室质量指数显著高于CC基因型患者〔(86.46±26.35)vs.(77.16±20.64),P=0.046〕。用多元逐步回顾分析,校正年龄、性别、体质量指数、吸烟、饮酒、血压、血糖及血脂水平后,rs956868位点基因型仍与左心室质量指数具有相关性,它和性别、年龄、BMI一起与高血压患者左心室质量指数变异的34.3%有关(R2=0.343,P=0.026)。结论:WNK1基因单核苷酸多态性位点可能与高血压患者左心室肥厚的易感性有关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of WNK1 gene and the left ventricular mass index of patients with hypertension.Methods: 121 patients with mild to moderate hypertension were recruited in this study.The left ventricular mass index(LVMI) predicted from sex and body surface area was calculated according to the equation.Genotyping was performed to identify the rs956868 polymorphism of the wnk1 gene with the TagMan MGB technology.Results: The left ventricular mass index in patients with(CA+AA) genotype was significantly higher than that in patients with CC genotype((86.46±26.35) vs.(77.16±20.64),P=0.046).In the stepwise regression analysis,after adjusting the age,sex,BMI,smoking,drinking,blood pressure,glucose and lipid,the age,BMI,sex and the rs956868 polymorphism were associating with the LVMI of patients with hypertension(R2=0.343,P=0.026).Conclusion: The rs956868 polymorphism in WNK1 gene might be one of the determinant factors of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension.
