摘  要:配流盘是轴向柱塞泵的关键零件之一,由于其结构复杂,传统的理论分析方法往往不能准确反映配流盘实际应力和变形,更不能很好地考虑配流盘受液压油温度变化的影响规律。利用ANSYS软件研究轴向柱塞泵配流盘随温度变化下的应力及变形变化情况,分析结果揭示出温度对配流盘应力及变形的影响规律,为设计、优化配流盘结构提供具有实用价值的仿真依据。An analysis of temperature effect an the distributing plate of an axial piston pump. Distributing plate is one of critical parts in the axial piston pump. However, a usual theoretical analysis could not accurately represent actual stresses and deformation of the distributing plate, not to say a good considering of laws that govern hydraulic oil temp effect on the distributing plate due to complex construction there. We utilized a piece of ANSYS software to study on stress and deformation at the pump's distributing plate along with temp variation. Final analyses and results show a law that governs temp effect on stresses and deformation at the distributing plate, thus providing a valuable and practical simulation basis for designing and optimizing such a distributing plate.
