摘  要:采用10mm厚的Q345高强钢板,通过一系列的激光-MIG电弧复合焊工艺试验,重点研究焊接速度、激光功率、MIG电弧电流、焊炬倾角等焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响规律。研究结果显示,在相同的试验条件下,复合焊接熔深比相同功率的激光焊接提高了40%~75%;随着激光功率的增大,复合焊接的熔深和熔宽都逐步增加,而焊缝熔深的增加幅度更大;在不同的电流值区间,焊缝熔深呈现一定的变化规律;此外,焊炬倾角越大,焊接熔深越大,但焊接熔宽将趋小。Laser welding on steel surface. A test was carried out by welding on a Q345 steel piece of 10 mm thick thru a series of laser-MIG arc compound welding. The key point was to study the effects and laws of welding process on the welding formation, which include welding speed rating, laser power, M1C arc current, torch angle,etc. Study results show that under similar test conditions compound welding fused depth can increase by 40%-75% as compared with the laser welding at same power.And more, along with laser power increasing depth and width of the compound welding will gradually enhance in higher range of fused welding depth which varies in a certain law within different zones of current value.Besides, the greater the torch pitch angle, the deeper the fuse depth is, while the fuse width will be getting smaller.
