摘 要:目的提高学生对结核病知识的了解程度,探索有效的学校结核病健康教育模式。方法将纳入研究的学生分为宣传手册组(78人)、宣传短片组(92人)及对照组(107人),分别进行半年的健康教育干预,比较其干预前后的知识、行为及意愿改变。结果干预后手册组总体知晓率为82.0%,短片组为64.1%,对照组为48.6%;干预后知识、了解知识行为及传播知识行为等方面,干预组显著优于对照组,且手册组效果优于短片组。结论宣传手册及宣传短片均为开展学校结核病健康教育的有效方法。结合不同健康教育方法的特性,在校内建立适当的学生健康教育模式,信息量由少至多,由浅至深,所需时间由短到长等递进式开展健康教育活动,可取得很好的效果。[ Objective ] To improve the students'knowledge levels of tuberculosis, and explore the mode of school health education of tuberculosis. [ Methods ] The students were divided into manual group (78 students) , video group ( 92 students ) and control group (107 students) who were carried out health education intervention, then the knowledge, behavior and willingness to change were compared before and after the intervention. [ Results ] After the intervention, the general awareness rate of manual group was 82%, video group 64.1%, and 48.6% of control group. The intervention group was significantly better than the control group, and manual group are better than the video group on the knowledge levels, knowing behaviors and spreading behaviors. [ Conclusion] Brochures and videos are both effective approaches for school health education. To establish an appropriate health ed- ucation mode in school based on characteristics of different methods of health education, with progressive steps from shallow to deep, from short to long, from little to much, can achieve good effect.
