摘　　要：目的对某化工基地生产及使用光气车间的职业病防护设施进行职业卫生学调查并分析其有效性。方法依据相关法律、法规和规范标准,采用一般职业卫生学调查。结果调查该车间主要职业病危害因素及机械通风、防毒措施、毒物报警系统、个人防护用品等职业病防护设施设置情况;定点检测99个样品数,合格样品数99个,合格率100%。结论该车间设置的职业病防护设施参数符合国家标准的相关要求,在正常生产情况下,工作场所中有害因素浓度符合职业卫生限值要求,防护有效,防止并控制了职业病的发生。[ Objective] To perform occupational health survey on protection facilities in phosgene production and use workshop of a chemical base, and analyze its effect. [ Methods ] In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and standards, General occupation- al hygiene survey was performed. [ Results] Major occupational hazards, mechanical ventilation , anti-virus measures , poison a- larm systems, personal protection articles were investigated in this workshop. A total of 99 samples were tested, all were qualified. [ Conclusion] The occupational protection facility parameters are in line with national standards in this workshop. Under normal production, the concentrations and intensities of occupational hazards meet the occupational health limit requirements. The protec- tion is effective and can prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
