2012年上海市浦东新区中小学校及托幼机构儿童患龋齿情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解上海市浦东新区中小学校及托幼机构儿童患龋及充填情况,为进一步开展辖区内中小学校和托幼机构龋病防治工作提供依据。方法整群抽取2012年监测点社区中小学生和托幼机构儿童龋齿检查资料,其中小学41 669人,中学17 166人,托幼机构1 124人。结果 2012年浦东新区中小学生和托幼机构儿童共计有9 626人进行氟化泡沫防龋,有4 929人进行了窝沟封闭,其中小学生龋齿患病率为55.73%,中学生龋齿患病率为30.21%;托幼机构儿童龋齿患病率为54.62%,不同校别之间的患龋率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3 189.002,P<0.01﹞。结论龋病防治是一项长期任务,需要社会、学校、家庭和医疗预防机构多方配合,通过宣教和防治,提高人群知晓率,定期进行口腔检查,及时发现及时治疗,降低托幼机构和中小学生的龋病发生。[ Objective ] To understand the status of dental caries and filling rate in children of secondary schools, primary schools and nurseries in Pudong New Area of Shanghai, provide the basis for further carrying out the dental caries prevention and control in schools aud nurseries. [ Methods ] The data of dental caries examination of children in secondary schools, primary schools and nurs- eries of monitoring community were collected by cluster sampling, which included 41 669 primary school students, 17 166 seconda- ry school students and 1 124 nursery children. [ Results] A total of 9 626 children were given fluoride froth to prevent dental caries, and 4 929 children received the pit and fissure sealant. The prevalence rate of dental caries in primary schools, secondary schools and nurseries was respectively 55.73%, 30.21% and 54.62%, while there was significant difference in the prevalence rate of dental caries between different schools （X^2 = 3 189. 002, P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion ] The dental caries prevention is a long-term task, which needs the cooperation of society, school, family and medical institutions. It is necessary to carry out education and preven- tion, enhance the awareness rate of people, conduct the regular oral examination, and achieve early detection and timely treatment, to reduce the prevalence rate of dental caries in primary schools, secondary schools and nurseries.
