肺癌康复期癌因性疲乏患者血清甲状腺激素和促甲状腺激素水平的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌康复期癌因性疲乏(CRF)患者血清甲状腺激素(TSH)和促甲状腺激素水平及两者之间相互影响的关系。方法 2009年1月至2012年3月间,将纳入的59例康复期肺癌患者分为疲乏组(39例),非疲乏组(20例),采用多维疲乏症状量表-简化版(MFSI-SF)和疲劳症状量表(FSI)对疲乏患者的疲乏状况进行评估。采集患者清晨8点钟静脉血,电化学发光法检测TSH、甲状腺激素(T3,T4,FT3,FT4)的水平,采用SPSS 19.0进行统计学分析。结果疲乏组患者与非疲乏组血清促甲状腺素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疲乏组患者血清甲状腺素水平低于非疲乏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌康复期癌因性疲乏患者血清促甲状腺激素水平在正常范围内,低水平的血甲状腺激素对促甲状腺激素分泌的负反馈调节作用不显著。Objective To investigate the serum levels of thyrotropin and explore the relationship between the thyroid hormone and the thyrotropin in lung cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue.Methods A total of 59 lung cancer patients were included（39 cancer-related fatigue patients and 20 no fatigue patients）.39 cancer-related fatigue patients were investigate by multidimensional fatigue symptom inventory-short（MFSI-SF） and the fatigue symptom inventory（FSI）.Serum specimens collected at eight clocks were examined according to electrical chemiluminescent immunoassay.The outcomes of the thyroid hormone and the thyrotropin were analysis by SPSS 19.0 software.Results The levels of thyroid hormone were significant difference between cancer-related fatigue patients and no cancer-related fatigue patients（P0.05） and no significant difference for the thyrotropin（P0.05）.Conclusions The concentration of the thyrotropin was normal level and the low levels of thyroid hormone had little effect on the thyrotropin in lung cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue.
